1st – 4th Graders

Sunday Mornings

1st through 4th graders meet for Sunday School from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. They are starting a new curriculum series called Cooking with Jesus. From March 10th through April 7th, our children will learn how snacks like s’mores, trail mix, Rice Krispies fish, ants on a log, and popcorn can help us get to know Jesus better! Of course, no cooking class is complete without food! Our 1st through 4th graders will enjoy these yummy treats as they learn more about Jesus (alternatives provided for children with allergies). Then, beginning on Palm Sunday (April 14th), the children will learn about Holy Week, Jesus’ death on the cross, and His Resurrection on that first Easter so long ago. After Easter, they will begin studying Jesus’ ministry after the Resurrection, followed by the Ascension, Pentecost, and how the Gospel spread. Lessons are taught using Whirl Classroom.  LEARN MORE
