Fall 2025 Mission Trip

Book Collection Drive
We’re collecting new and gently used books to take along with us to Tennessee. Drop off books in blue collection bins or at the church office.
We’re excited to once again offer a special mission trip opportunity for adults eager to make a difference. Travel to the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee from Thursday, October 9 to Sunday, October 12 to work with other faith communities to build and renovate homes and spread the love of Christ. This opportunity is for adults of all skill levels.
Space is limited to a team of 20 volunteers, so SIGN UP today!
Learn more about mission partner, Mountain T.O.P. (Tennessee Outreach Project)
Since 1975, Mountain T.O.P. has thrived as a strategic community partner in Grundy County, Tennessee and focuses on reducing substandard housing, supporting lifelong learning and leadership, and promoting overall wellness.
Mountain T.O.P. offers a variety of mission-based programs. The Adults in Ministry (AIM) program seeks to bring adults from all over the country together to the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee. The group is theologically focused, integrated into the local community, committed to transformative experiences for all, and intentional about working with (not for) local families.
Home Repair and Renovation Work
Join Mountain T.O.P. in addressing the substandard housing conditions within the local community and enhance the quality of life for families through substantial housing repairs. With your help, we aim to improve structural integrity, replace shingle roofs with corrugated metal, update dilapidated siding, renovate interior spaces, and install new windows.
Why Your Participation Matters:
- Significant Impact: By improving a family’s housing situation, you contribute to their physical health, social connectedness, and overall well-being.
- All Skill Levels Welcome: No prior construction experience is needed! The worksite accommodates every skill level, and there are tasks for everyone.
- Build Relationships: Beyond the physical work, volunteers are encouraged to engage with families, foster meaningful connections, and provide emotional support.
On-Site Support:
Each Ministry Production Team (MPT) is guided by a dedicated Point Person. This experienced volunteer acts as a liaison between Mountain T.O.P.’s Service Area Managers and your team, ensuring smooth operations and offering support tailored to the project’s needs.
