Youth Winter Retreat
Grades 6–12 | January 15–18, 2027 | Gatlinburg, TN
Students in grades 6–12 are invited to join us for a winter retreat in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, over MLK weekend! Enjoy a fun-filled weekend of skiing, outdoor adventure, time in Gatlinburg, and fellowship with friends.
Cost: $250 per student
Additional family members: $200 each
The cost includes lodging, meals, and a lift ticket or Ober Fun Pass. Students are responsible for travel meals, souvenirs, equipment rentals, ski lessons, and tubing.
Weekend Itinerary
Friday, January 15
Meet at the church for a 5:45 PM departure.
Saturday, January 16
Enjoy a full day at Ober Gatlinburg! Students who choose not to ski can enjoy the Ober Fun Pass, which provides access to a variety of on-mountain attractions, the Gatlinburg Tram, ice skating, and the Sky Village Observation Deck.

Sunday, January 17
Spend the day exploring Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, weather permitting.
Monday, January 18
Return to the church at approximately 3:00 PM.
Registration & Payment
A $50 deposit secures your spot. Deposits are due by November 1. Space is limited, so sign up today!
