Convoy of Hope & Hope Roswell- Volunteers Needed!
November 6, 2020 - November 7, 2020
Hope Roswell is partnering with Convoy of Hope to provide groceries and SOCKS to our neighbors. Volunteers are needed to bag groceries on FRIDAY, November 6th. Sign up HERE. Note that due to the high volume of moving vehicles, the minimum age requirement for volunteers is 16 years. After signing up, detailed instructions will be emailed. Volunteers are also needed for the event on Saturday, November 7th. Positions include:
Greeters – this position will speak with guests as they arrive and offer words of encouragement and instructions.
Sign Wavers – volunteers will wave welcome signs. You will not be speaking with guests.
Volunteer Check-In – welcome volunteers and answer questions.
Prayer Team – pray with guests while standing alongside vehicles.
Exit Traffic Control – ensure merging cars exit in a safe manner.
Traffic Flow – observe and control vehicles entering and exiting event.
Vehicle Loaders – load bags of groceries into guest vehicles.
