Sunday Mornings

All middle and high school students gather in the Joyhouse for donuts, announcements, and fellowship at 9:45 AM until 10:45 AM. After announcements, middle school students will break off into individual Sunday school classes, while high school students remain in the Joyhouse. This year’s curriculum, Vantage shows youth their true selves through the lens of God’s grace and how a shift in perspective changes everything.  In the same way that a microscope reveals the tiniest moving parts and a mountain view makes skyscrapers fade, God’s grace transforms the way we see and understand our world forever.  Vantage is a year-long curriculum that shows how God’s grace transforms the way we see ourselves and our world.  Youth will examine the issues that confuse and divide our world by digging into what God has already said through his Word.

Teachers:

6th-8th grade boys: Frank Pace, Stewart Barnwell

6th-8th grade girls: Dee Gillespie, Kim House, Kim Malcolm

Sunday Evening Music Activities

The Youth Choir (6th grade through 12th grade) practices from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM in the Choir room on the third floor.  Light dinner is provided before rehearsal.

The Youth Praise Band meets in the Joyhouse on the second and fourth Sunday evening of each month.  The band loves getting together to rehearse and play contemporary worship music and occasionally leads worship for our youth on Sunday mornings, and for the church at special events. Wednesday Nights

Dinner is served from 5 PM to 6:30 PM.

All youth (grades 6 through 12) meet at 6:30 PM for Games with a Purpose.  Youth will fellowship and play crazy games!  Evenings conclude with a devotion.  Bring a water bottle and a fun attitude.
