Sanctuary Floral Donations 2024

Help make our Sanctuary beautiful on Sunday mornings with a floral donation. What better way to congratulate, honor, or remember a special person or group than with a lovely floral arrangement for our congregation to enjoy during our services.

Ladies Morning Bible Study

Ladies, join us for the Bible Study, 20/20 by Christine Caine. In this 7-session study, develop a new understanding of how God sees you and has chosen you to help make Jesus’ name known on this planet.

Flowering Cross Donations

In celebration of Easter and the new life that Jesus brings, we will display a flowering cross on the front lawn of our church.  Recognize someone special by making a flower donation in their honor or memory. 

Discipleship Academy

Join Dr. Elizabeth Arnold, New Testament Professor from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology, for an in-depth study of 1 Corinthians.

Church Date Night

Bring your significant other to the Joyhouse on Saturday, February 24 for Date Night! Cost is $20 per couple and includes childcare, Firebirds catered dinner, conversation, and fun!

Ladies Monthly Book Club

Our Ladies Book Club meets on the last Sunday of each month. Join us on February 25 in our Parlor at 5:30pm. All ladies welcome.

Women on Mission Monthly Meeting

Church Conversation & Luncheon

SAFE will challenge parents to think about important issues they must teach their children. Even more importantly, dive into the “why”—the narrative-- that provides the substance and how they fit inside your family’s unique story and belief-system.

Youth Mission Madness 2024

Youth Mission Madness is March 15 through 17.  Hosted by First Baptist Church of Athens, GA, youth will take part in a weekend full of service, fellowship, and worship.
