Hope for Grieving Children Support Group

Hope for Grieving Children is a support group that provides a safe and supportive environment for children grieving a death, to share their experiences. The program offers a unique opportunity for children to begin and continue their journey as they move through the healing process. Support services are extended to family members, caregivers, schools, and the community.

The Hope for Grieving Children program believes every child deserves the opportunity to grieve in a supportive and understanding environment. The program encourages healthy expression of grief through conversation and creative, positive play within a supportive peer group. Sessions are available for children ages 4 -16.

The winter session meets on Sunday afternoons – March 1, March 8, and March 15 – from 3:00 to 4:30 PM at the Counseling Center, located at 717 Mimosa Boulevard, across the street from our church.
