The Grace Project – BOW Donations

As part of our Beyond Our Walls annual day of service, we are collecting donation items for the MUST Ministries Neighborhood Pantry and care bags to be distributed to the homeless.

MUST Ministries Donations:

The churches on Mimosa have partnered with MUST Ministries’ Neighborhood Pantry to provide food and toiletries to at-risk students and their families.  The pantry needs laundry detergent (large sizes to last a month) and toilet paper (6-pack or larger).  Donation items can be dropped off at First Baptist Roswell in collection bins or at the church office.

Care Bag Donations:

Help our Celebration Sunday school class with personal care packages.  The class is assembling packages on our BOW day of service and donation items are needed!  Consider giving one or more items from the list below.  All items must fit in a gallon-sized bag, so travel-size items work best when appropriate.

• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Shampoo
• Soap
• Deodorant
• Comb
• Lotion
• Socks
• Nail Clippers
• Lip Balm
• Bandages
• Gum/Mints
• Granola Bars/ Trail Mix
• Tissues
• Gift cards to McDonalds ($10 denomination)

ABOUT MUST Ministries:

MUST Neighborhood Pantry’s mission is to eliminate hunger for at-risk students in local schools, giving them a greater opportunity to succeed in school and life. MUST partners with schools and provides food and toiletries to at-risk students and families through their campus-based food pantry program. MUST Ministries works closely with school social workers, counselors, and staff to identify children and families in crisis. Once a month, including the summer, families can come to the pantry and choose items their families need and enjoy.
