Sign up for Elf Workshop on Saturday, December 3 from 10 AM to 1 PM.  Children will make 3 gifts, enjoy a pizza lunch, and watch a Christmas movie.  Open to children aged 4 to grade 5.   Space is limited, so sign up today!  Our elves will meet in the gym at 10 AM.  

Join us on December 18 at 6 PM in our Sanctuary for the culminating music presentation of Christmas at First. Featuring our Chancel choir, youth choir, Jubilee Ringers, and church orchestra, this 75-minute presentation weaves together through pastoral narrations, congregational singing, and carols old and new, all accompanied by a dramatic visual display of lighting

Mark your calendars for our special service times on Christmas Eve.  We will have services at 5 PM and 11 PM.  The 5 PM service is family- focused and the 11 PM service is a traditional, candlelight service.

Youth (grades 6 through 12), join us for a winter ski retreat to Winterplace Ski Resort in West Virginia from December 27 through December 30.  $450 includes 3 nights’ lodging, meals, lift ticket, and equipment rental.  Skiers are responsible for travel expenses, souvenirs, ski lessons, and tubing.  Learn more about Winterplace HERE. Help make our Sanctuary beautiful on Sunday mornings with a floral donation. What better way to congratulate, honor, or remember a special person or group than with a lovely floral arrangement for our congregation to enjoy during our services. Each Sunday, our Sanctuary is adorned with a flower arrangement donated by members of our congregation.

Join us for our Men’s Ministry retreat January 27 through 29,  as we focus on building deep community among Christian men. Guest speaker, Kevin Harris, President of Radical Mentoring, will join us on Saturday. All who are new to our church in the last year or so are invited to our Newcomers Lunch on Sunday, March 12.  After worship, meet in the gym for lunch with our ministers and hear more about First Baptist Roswell, how to get more plugged into our ministries, and ask any questions you'd like.
